Frequently asked

questions

How do online consultations work?

Online consultations are conducted via secure video call. Clients will receive a 3-day diary template to fill in and I will ask them to write down any medication and/or supplements they may be taking, with names/brands and bring to consultation.

Can I switch between packages?

Absolutely. We can discuss what's working and adapt your support level as needed. Many clients start with a Nutrition Reset package and then move to a Nutrition Transform, or transition to Ongoing Support after completing a longer package.

What qualifications do you have?

I hold diplomas from the Institute for Health Sciences (dipIHS) and College of Naturopathic Medicine (dipCNM). I'm a member of both the Association of Nutritional Practitioners (mANP) and General Naturopathic Council (rGNC), and I'm fully insured.

Do you provide meal plans?

I can provide healthy meal tips along with my nutritional guidance to empower you to learn to create your own balanced meals around health needs, lifestyle, preferences, and cooking abilities.

What payment options are available?

Payment plans are available for longer packages. We can discuss flexible options during your booking consultation to ensure your investment in your health is manageable and sustainable.

I am a picky eater and love my carbs, can you still work with me?

Yes, absolutely! I have worked with individuals who identify as picky eaters and have specific food preferences, including a love for carbohydrates. I am here to support your needs and preferences whilst working towards your goals. The good news is that healthy carbohydrates are crucial to your food intake, and we work together to expand your food preferences gradually.

Why do I need to provide a food diary?

A food diary is a valuable tool for understanding and potentially improving your eating habits. Tracking what you eat and drink (even portion sizes, times of food intake) helps our consultations greatly so we may identify patterns, triggers and areas where you can make positive changes. It will also help monitoring progress over time.
